Though technically you could footpath along the pipeline, paralleling the train tracks – you don’t even have to leave the parking area to take in the full wonder of this place. Trains careen past every few minutes – right past the picnic benches and playground (or on a recent rainy day, our parked car-turned-picnic-cave).
If incessant train noise is an annoyance, this isn’t the place for you. 😉
