It all begins with a bonafide country lane that leads to a meadow in which has sat for a very long time the home of John Brearley, one of the signers of the U.S. Constitution (now home to the Lawrence Historical Society). And winding from its ample parking lot, a perfect bike path curves through dense woods and then wetlands (with turtles, herons and a bat house!) before it joins the D & R canal at an especially lovely, far reaching vista.
The Lawrenceville-Hopewell Bike Trail also sweeps through, connecting to other footpaths.

AS A WINE….
She’d be a Pouilly-Fuisse, bright and uplifting in the mid-palate with plenty of storied acidity ambling along the sides of the tongue.
