The out and back along Jacob’s Creek past awesome bathing beaches has become a family favorite. The lovely path climbs through the woods and skittles across stepping stones – with a few short stretches through tall grass.
I recommend parking at Pennington Titusville Road since it gives you access to either the shorter (but beautifully scenic) path on the South side of the road, or to the longer (1.2 mile) section that starts across the street. Great bathing beaches in either direction.
AS A WINE….
Part sweeping and cavernous, part dense and intricate but everywhere soul nourishing, this feels like a beautiful Burgundian red.
