We definitely scream for this ice cream! It’s as easy to make as it is yummy.
With the intense sweetness of condensed milk, our favorite flavor so far is raspberry – with frozen (unsweetened) raspberries mixed in.
INSTRUCTIONS:
You’ll need:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 8-10 cups of snow
- optional: flavorings like unsweetened cocoa powder, frozen fruit, fresh mint leaves, chocolate chips, nuts….
Here’s how:
Place a large bowl outside to catch 8-10 cups of clean, fresh snow. Mix the condensed milk and vanilla together in another big bowl, then add the snow a few cups at a time until you like the consistency. That makes a luscious vanilla. From there, divide your batch into different flavor experiments to your heart’s content!
