“Idyllic” epitomized. This sweet and varied farmland footpath – with streams, pastures and cows – connects the Cherry Brook Preserve with the Waldorf School. There’s no better place to examine spring flowers or tadpoles.
If you park at the Cherry Brook Preserve lot, cross the street to find the entrance, beside a tiny antique cemetery knoll. The path wraps around Orchard Farm, following Beden Brook and then meanders to the magical Waldord School grounds. Cross over Beden Brook to follow the path along the fenced-in meadow, home to cows, sheep and horses, where Mountain View Road eventually comes into view.
